Using Country Food
prepare and serve food for it to last longer
Inuit knew how important it was to be able to feed themselves and others. Securing country food took up much of their time and energy.
Country food was respectfully harvested and carefully prepared and preserved. Nothing was wasted.
These are still important things for us to remember. Country food is still the best source for good health today.
